I saw David Lynch’s animated series Dumbland at the Melbourne Underground Film Festival the other day. I wish I had made it! It’s existential, melancholy and hysterically funny. You can watch the first episode here. The session was at the Spanish Club – another Fitzroy icon. I must go and eat there – when you walk in the scent of garlic is heavenly and I wanted to eat not watch.
