Japanese food

I’m on a mission to try all the Japanese restaurants in Melbourne. My favourites so far are Ume Nomiya on Gertrude St, Fitzroy, Wabi Sabi Salon on Smith St, Collingwood, Hako on Degraves St and Ajisen Ramen on Bourke St, both in Melbourne. My colleague at the Abbotsford blog has written at length about Wabi Sabi Salon. The picture below is of the gorgeous decor at Ume.
