On Sunday I had one of the best breakfasts ever – Shanghai eggs at Arcadia on Gertrude St in Fitzroy. Two eggs fried in a wok and served on toast with oyster sauce, chilli and spring onion. Fiery and amazing. My breakfast companion had the Italian eggs, which are scrambled and served with parmesan, prosciutto and pesto. Along with very very good coffee, Arcadia made my day.
