Compare this to the situation throughout large parts of the USA, as well as Toronto, Auckland, etc., where the details of inspection reports are publicly available -- surely this is what is needed. It's very difficult to get a 'consistent national approach' on things like this, but it gets on the agenda if the Minister from one jurisdiction wants it on.
