However, the mainstream commercial channels are unable to stick to the scheduled times which means you also have to record the programs either side of the one you want to watch. Let's call it the Connex factor shall we. Just another example of the growing trend of treating customers with contempt. Maybe the government should introduce a fine system for late running TV shows; performance targets.
