When one academic can't review the work of a peer for an educated literate audience we have a fundamental problem. This a restraint of trade issue. Pure and simple. The remedy is not simply removing the classification of the site (which can be easily enumerated). The just remedy must be to remove blocks on all reviews of the book, whose locations will not be easy to enumerate. If I was an author of such a book I would be extremely pissed off.
