It's difficult to offer the kind of service you get at most places as they usually have a waitress, chef, manager, and whatever not just 1 person. That's my own fault for jumping into a business i had no idea about, so i do appologise for the strangeness of it all. I now have some kind of a system in place... regulars pull their own beers out of the fridge and leave the cash on the counter and some even make their own coffee... probably not the right way to run a successful business.. but it's what gives it that "just like home" feel and makes it what it is... some kind of business run from my longe room. The staff were more interested in drinking beers and talking amongst themselves. I'll be checking it out if I find out it's under new management.
