Obscura coffee, Kensington

kensington

Two friends of mine run a mini cafe called Obscura (site and Facebook) outside the Kensington train station on Bellair St. Their coffee is certified fair trade and organic and is sourced from Laos. It can be bought at the cafe or online and is incredibly delicious. You can SMS your order to them, step off the train and pick it up, then get on the next one!

Didn’t this used to be the old shoe repair shop? If so I’m glad it’s now back in use. Haven’t been to Kensington in a while.

Hiya! I have a secret – my work got a fancy espresso machine so I usually go to work before my morning coffee – so I don’t buy as much coffee as I used to. But I will come and buy some because I need it for the weekends!
