    Hi Aileen, thanks for the very kind offer, but I cannot accept. I have adopted the ethics code of other restaurant reviewers, particularly those in the Australian newspaper, and review places anonymously and pay for my meal. I do my best to be fair and honest. I may tell you who I am afterwards, but not beforehand. You’re on my list of places to try soon!
