We went there every Friday for lunch for 3 years and got nothing but rude, dismissive service. Never once a smile - they were always a thousan miles away when you talked to them. Now the Railway Hotel in Windsor is our new local, and they are fantastic. They know us, and reserve us a table every week without even asking, and every week we get freebies - chips, bread or even deserts for everyone. You won't get that at The London.
