The last Yarra Urban Harvest food swap for 2009 is on this Saturday 5 December at Smith Reserve, Alexandra Parade (next to Fitzroy Pool). If you grow something and have a surplus, bring it along to trade with others. If you’re simply curious, come along too as the people are very friendly! In addition, Rebel Films will be shooting for a new production there so a crowd would help make it look good. Come from 10am-12pm for the food swap and from 12pm-1pm for a totally shared picnic.
