lunch at Flow cafe, Abbotsford
Although it’s on the northern side of Victoria St, and hence in Abbotsford, Flow cafe primarily services people working in the Victoria Gardens precinct in the north east of Richmond. It was previously reviewed positively by the Age back in 2006 and negatively by Breakies worth getting up for more recently in 2009.

I ate at Flow several times during the past two years when I worked in the area. In my experience the food was always good and the staff were particularly friendly and cheerful. During my last week at work there last year I had their impressive chicken schnitzel burger with camembert and avocado.

Unfortunate but this post was a little late!
Flow was a great place, but at the end of last year they sold up and moved out. That said there is a new place in there which i am yet to check out that sounds promising.
