why is this a crime?
Publishing nude photos of your ex partner on the internet as a form of revenge for them dumping you is terribly unethical behaviour, but apparently it’s not illegal. Nonetheless, in a recent case a man was convicted for publishing an indecent article in the form of nude photos of his former girlfriend that he uploaded to his Facebook profile. He then contacted her to taunt her about it. He violated her trust and her privacy, but this is not a crime either.…

lunch at South of Johnston, Oxford St Collingwood
South of Johnston is a new cafe / restaurant on the south end of Oxford St in Collingwood, some distance from the street’s established cafe Proud Mary. It’s much larger and grander inside than I was expecting, and has an extensive menu.
All dishes are available all day, so you can have breakfast in the afternoon, which is common enough, or theoretically lunch in the morning (should you be a shift worker, for example). I met a friend there for lunch last Friday.…
