Brunswick St north of Johnston St is experiencing significant change at the moment: a new pizza shop, the departure of the Red Cross opp shop, the Gypsy bar and Cape Live being renewed and fashion shop Lion in Love closing.

    Kinki Gerlinki also closed their Brunswick St store, just to make room for yet another frozen yoghurt place. So much for gentrification…
