Thanks, I hadn’t noticed that one. I don’t know how to get lease cost data, but it does seem cyclical with 5 year commercial leases being common multiple premises change at around the same time.

Lush was bought out at some point and stopped selling locally made products.

Lush was bought out by Factory X which has also bought out many of the local brands around town including Claude Maus and has shipped all manufacturing to China. They also own Dangerfield, Alannah Hill, Soup Kitchen, Princess Highway and many more! If you go to the It! Clearance stores you can get a good idea of all the brands they have acquired/ruined!!
