lunch at Industry Beans on Fitzroy St
I first visited Industry Beans for coffee a few days after it opened, and while I was satisfied I was not seriously impressed and thought I would leave a couple of weeks for them to settle into trading before returning to eat. On my second visit the coffee was the same but I also ate and now have a sufficient impression of the place to write a review.

This work by Klara is on Fitzroy St near the corner of Leicester St. It appears to reference nearby fashion label Nobody, so is it art or advertising? You can’t see it in this small picture but the ‘Nobody’ name appears in its branded font above the XXX on the envelope. It is possibly an opportunistic addition to the original work…

the essence of hiphop
The large mural on Fitzroy St is still not complete but it is far closer to it than a month ago. I believe it’s by the same artist as other recent works nearby like the Harlem Globetrotters and Jam Master Jay.
