Napier St crime scene

A section of the footpath on Napier St between Rose and Leicester streets was closed by the police yesterday morning as forensic staff took photographs and wandered around. It was the kind of attention you see given to scenes of suspicious deaths or the discovery of home drug labs, but at least at the time I saw it there was none of the heavy police presence or sense of urgency associated with previous incidences at Atherton Gardens earlier this year or the suspicious car on Rose St in 2012.…
