cider and swine lunch at Bress winery in Harcourt

On Sunday I visited Bress winery in Harcourt to partake in a roast pork lunch served on long tables in the winery tank shed. Entree was corn fritters, salad of grilled zucchini, anchovies, cheese and tomatoes and lamb ribs with mashed potato, followed by the roast pork with lots of crackling, roast carrots and beetroots, green salad (not photographed) and quinoa salad and, for dessert, meringue with strawberries, rhubarb sauce and chocolate sauce.…
